Let’s be real — life is a lot. Between careers, home, relationships, kids / pet kids (or not), and all the “shoulds” we carry around, it’s easy to feel like we’re always trying to do too much with too little time, or its time itself that just keeps moving quicker… And I don’t know about you, but I tried different approaches: from 5 am club (no thanks!) to Morning Pages to gratitude journals to 5 minute a day planners, to bullet journals, to following Atomic Habits, etc – you name it, I have probably tried it. They all worked short term, but... I missed an approach that would mix the best from all those brilliant methods and would be flexible and forgiving. So when I couldn't find it, I had to put it together myself, for myself. And then I decided to print out a few extra copies for my friends. Then they asked for more copies, and this is how Real Life Sprints 'first edition' came about.

The best of existing approaches is mixed in one planner: short-term goal setting, daily gratitude, consistent little actions, regular reviews, time to relax & unwind.
Daily checks calm the amygdala, gratitudes lift serotonin, ticking things off gives us that dopamine hit... we work with our brain & body, not against them.
Progress counts. Perfect doesn't. How often do we stop ourselves because we are afraid of making a mistake? Our lives are short, so let's start creating, here and now.
This is a quick overview of how to get the most out of our best selling planner!
