We genuinely can’t imagine life without our planner - we use it every day, and it’s become part of how we stay focused (and sane). But we know everyone’s different.
So here’s our promise: try Real Life Sprints™ Planner, and if it’s not for you, we’ll refund you - no questions asked. You won’t need to send the planner back.
This “Planner Guarantee” applies only to one physical planner per customer (first-time purchase).
Refund applies to the planner price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Digital downloads and gift cards are not covered by the guarantee.
For all other purchases (additional planners or non-guarantee items), we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify:
Item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Planners that have been opened and written in are not eligible for return or partial refund.
Proof of purchase is required.
Important note:
Our return system is currently being finalized. At this stage, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
We will provide further updates on our process once the system is fully in place.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns on the following:
Planners that have been opened and used
Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
Digital downloads
Gift cards
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in their original condition.
You are allowed to open the packaging and inspect the planner as you would in a retail store.
However, planners that show signs of actual use (e.g., written-in pages) are not eligible for return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
